The Goods
Tomorrow I turn 38. Whoa. I don’t know why but it sounds old. Which is funny because age has never really bothered me. And I know that 38 is not old. In fact, it’s still pretty young. Unless you’re 18. But when you’re 18, anyone over 21 is old, am I right? It’s funny because I don’t feel 38, hell I don’t even feel 30. But I guess that’s a good thing. I’m still getting after it, I’m in better shape than I was in my mid-20’s and other than my bum shoulder, I’m super healthy. I can’t help but reflect and count my blessings as I go into my 38th year. Here’s to many, many more! Have a great weekend and enjoy this week’s The Goods!
My savory, carb loving self wants to eat every single one of these.
And bring the pan. And my stretchy pants.
For my fellow tea lovers, OMG, this.
And these? I kid you not when I tell you that I made them last night and there were amaze-balls to the tenth degree.
Garlic + Parmesan + Chicken = healthy dinner idea. Love this!
It was a busy week in my kitchen for whatever reason I was feeling it. So many great recipes were had in my little cucina and only one fail! #winning
And I love this about what Mom’s need most from their family. #15 and #18. Boom.
What do you think? As a mom to two boys, I say no way.
I just love this message about positive body image.
And speaking of positive body image, I’m all about this swimsuit.
The Mr and I had a date night last Friday and went to the Mariposa in Deer Valley. In one word: exceptional. The service, the food (all small plates, perfect for sharing), the atmosphere, the dessert: exceptional. The lighting to take decent photos? Not so much.
I love Ellen, I love this little girl and I love this video.
This mug set will make the perfect gift for my brother who I like to think of as the grammar police.
And this one? It’s so perfect for the introvert! (Which I’m SO not, btw!)
And I’m thinking these sandals need to be part of my summer wardrobe. Birthday present?
I’m loving this cookbook that I got for Christmas. Like loving it!
And it’s high time I give my mom’s back and order one of my own!
Have a great weekend, everybody! I’m looking forward to snowboarding with the family, a home cooked meal by my mama on Saturday, some Real soccer, and lots and lots of cake. See you back here next week and as always, thanks for reading! xo, Kelley

Happy Birthday! 38 is no big deal at all. I turned 38 in December & I felt the same way about it. Get the sandals, they are super cute!
Great “Goods” blog post (as usual)! Just one teeny note – you have the Honestly Yum Earl Grey tea ice cream link twice . . . once for its mention and once for the item below it. While it IS seriously awesome sauce (Earl Grey being my all-time fave tea), I’m guessing you didn’t mean to hyperlink it in more than one item.
Cheers and keep up the great blogging!
Thanks for catching that….I meant to link to these cinnamon rolls!
Have a great birthday. And I promise you, you are NOT old. (Truthfully, you have no idea.)
Have the happiest of birthdays, girl! Yay for you đŸ˜€
