Almond Roca Coffee Creamer

A homemade chocolate-almond coffee creamer!


  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/3 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon almond extract


  1. In a small sauce pan, heat milk, cream, cocoa powder and maple syrup. Bring to a bare simmer, stirring occasionally, until sugar is melted and cocoa powder is blended in. Remove from heat and stir in almond extract.
  2. Transfer creamer to a glass jar and let cool completely before storing in fridge.
  3. Last for two weeks.
