Ingredients
- 1 large mango, peeled and diced (about 1 cup)
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1/4 cup plain coconut kefir
- juice of 1/2 lime
- 1–2 tablespoons honey
- 6–8 ice cubes
Instructions
- In the base of a blender add all the ingredients. Blend until smooth. Add a touch of water or more lime juice if smoothie is too thick. I like my a little tart but feel free to add more honey if you want a sweeter smoothie.
