Greek Veggie Burgers


  • 2 Wildwood Farms Organic Original Veggie Burger Patties
  • 1 large red onion
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1/4 cup vegannaise or organic mayonnaise
  • 1 large roasted red bell pepper
  • 4 cloves of roasted garlic
  • fresh lettuce
  • crumbled feta cheese
  • quartered cherry tomatoes
  • 2 buns of your choice


  1. Heat the grill to medium-high.
  2. Slice the red onion into 1/4-inch thick slices and brush both sides with the olive oil.
  3. Grill the onion slices, turning often, about 15 minutes total.
  4. The burgers need 10 minutes total on the grill: 5 minutes per side just to crisp them up and warm them through.
  5. While burgers and onions are grilling, make aioli by placing vegannaise or mayonnaise in the base of a food processor with the roasted red pepper and garlic. Pulse to combine throughly.
  6. When ready to serve, place a patty on each bun and spread generously with the aioli. Top with grilled onions and a sprinkling of crumbled feta and chopped tomato.
