Ingredients
- 16 oz whole milk, small curd cottage cheese
- 3 tablespoons prepared horseradish
- 1 teaspoon dried dill
- zest of 1/2 a lemon
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- pinch coarse black pepper
Instructions
- Mix everything into a a bowl.
- Let sit for 1 hour before serving with chips, crackers or veggie sticks.
