Peach Cobbler Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 large peach, pitted and cubed (about 1 cup)
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 cup plain kefir (or plain yogurt)
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • handful of ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients into the base of a blender and blitz until smooth. Add more or less ice depending on how cold/thick you want it. Sprinkle with extra cinnamon if desired.
