Ingredients
- 3– 3 1/2 lb boneless pork roast
- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon dried onion flakes
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
- 1 tablespoon honey
- salt and pepper
Instructions
- Place pork roast in the base of a slow cooker. Season liberally with salt and pepper.
- In a small bowl, mix together cranberry sauce, worcestershire sauce, onion flakes, yellow mustard and honey. Pour over pork.
- Cover slow cooker and cook on low for 6 hours.
- Slice and serve.
