Chocolate Covered Strawberry Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup gluten free rolled oats
  • 2 teaspoons cacao powder (or cocoa powder)
  • 1/3 cup almond milk
  • 34 tablespoons plain greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 34 large strawberries, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon cacao nibs

Instructions

  1. In a glass jar, combine oats, cacao powder, almond milk, yogurt and maple syrup. Stir, cover and let sit over night in fridge.
  2. In the morning, give a good stir and top with sliced strawberries and cacao nibs.

Notes

This recipe easily doubles or triples!
