Easy Balsamic Vinaigrette


An easy homemade balsamic vinaigrette that is made in the blender.


  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • 1 clove garlic, peeled
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 4 oz balsamic vinegar
  • 6 oz olive oil
  • pinch of each, salt and pepper
  • small handful fresh herb such as parsley or basil, optional


  1. Put all ingredients in blender.
  2. Blend 30 seconds or until everything is incorporated.
  3. Pour into container of choice and store in fridge for up to two weeks.
