Ingredients
- 1 large peach, pitted and cubed (about 1 cup)
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 cup plain kefir (or plain yogurt)
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- handful of ice cubes
Instructions
- Put all ingredients into the base of a blender and blitz until smooth. Add more or less ice depending on how cold/thick you want it. Sprinkle with extra cinnamon if desired.
