Ricotta Toast with Honey and Pistachios

  • Yield: 1 slice toast 1x


  • 1 slice seedy bread (or whatever kind you like!)
  • 1 tablespoon butter (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons whole milk ricotta cheese
  • 1 heaping teaspoon local honey
  • 1 tablespoon chopped pistachios
  • kosher salt and coarse black pepper


  1. Toast bread.
  2. Slather with butter if using and ricotta cheese. Sprinkle with pistachios, drizzle with honey and finish with a pinch of salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Devour.
