A light sangria perfect for spring and summer made with Rose and fresh berries.
- 1/2 cup brandy
- 1/4 cup blackberry liquor
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 1 cup sliced strawberries
- 1 sliced lemon
- 2 cups seltzer water
- Mix the rose, brandy, blackberry liquor and sugar in a pitcher, stirring to dissolve the sugar.
- Add the raspberries, strawberries and sliced lemon.
- Refrigerate at least 1 hour and up to 1 day.
- Add seltzer just before serving.
