The Goods
What a fast week it’s been. Didn’t I just post last weeks edition of The Goods? Not to sound like a broken record but where does the time go? If you remember that last week I talked about slowing down and purposefully scheduling nothing so I could take a few days to recharge, well…. I pseudo carried the same energy into this week. It’s been a good balance and (crossing my fingers) that I’m on to something here. Mostly momming, a little more than part time working and making time for myself seems to be the magic combo. Hope you’re all having a fantastic week! On to The Goods!
On a whim, I ordered Gluten Free Girl Everyday and I have to say, it’s amazing. I’m not even gluten free but I can appreciate the gorgeous and truly “everyday” recipes in the book. Bonus for gorgeous photos!
The boys and I took a trip to a pumpkin patch and corn maze south of where we live for a day filled with the quintessential fall activities. There might have been pumpkin doughnuts and cotton candy involved too….
I’m saving my money for THIS!
It’s been in the 20’s every morning this week and we’ve been digging the early morning fire. It’s such a magical way to wake up and stay warm!
Speaking of warm, I never did make the DIY heating pad but I did order this super cute one from Etsy. Bonus points for having essential oils mixed in!
I can not get enough of the Salted Cashew Butter from Trader Joes. I smear it on bananas, on toast, waffles, apples and it’s a great dip for pretzels. Go buy some stat.
Loving this fall salad.
6 awesome looking slow cooker recipes + a giveaway!
These are SO cute for Halloween!
Dying over this simple (and healthful) side dish!
After searching high and low for a snowboarding coat, I finally have a winner.
My favorite socks.
Just did my annual undies order.
And this girl?!?! She commandeers my bed like it’s hers and she’s so sweet I let her go with it. How could I not?
