The Goods
Hooray!!! We made it!! It’s the last day of school!!!
Summer officially starts in 6 hours and 23 minutes.
BRING. IT. ON.
Summer might not start until tomorrow but we’re in full swing here. We’ve stayed out late a few nights this week and Monday we got out behind our friends boat for the first surf session of the season. It was f-f-f-frigid.. Hence the awful wetsuit.
I played a sh*t ton of tennis this weekend and haven’t been able to drink enough water since. My favorite way to stay hydrated is to put a few drops of lemon or grapefruit essential oil to make it more flavorful.

It’s totally normal to have a moose walk through your driveway. And then have it’s mama go traipsing through your backyard. No really, it is.
Because these are calling my name.
Love replacing store bought with a tasty homemade version.
I make the time to do something active everyday. It keeps me sane, makes me whole and there isn’t a day that goes by that I’m not thankful for living in a place that makes exercise and getting outside so accessible.
Proof that food can be medicine. You are what you eat.
Cheese and sangria make a perfectly acceptable dinner.
I bought the entire outfit. I might definitely have a problem. But it was on sale. So that counts for something. Right?
Finally found a conditioner that me and my curly mane love.
Took this idea and made the cutest end of year teacher gifts.
Have a great rest of week, everyone! If you need me, I’ll be at the pool or on my back porch stuffing my face with chips and salsa and washing it down with a cold margarita. Viva la summer!

I’m very jealous that your summer began already, we still have another two weeks of school, and the students are getting ANTSY!
Looks like you’ve go a great summer ahead of you. Enjoy!
PS – My wife and I totally agree that sangria and cheese are a perfectly acceptable meal.
Love your philosophy on making time for activity every single day. I couldn’t agree more – my soul needs it and my body craves movement. Can’t wait to see you next week!!
Happy vacations!!
