- 4 oz Vermont Creamery Classic Chevre
- 3 tablespoons organic honey
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 6 organic, gluten free waffles (or your favorite brand)
- fresh peaches
- fresh blueberries
- Toast waffles to desired doneness based on manufacturers directions.
- Meanwhile, in the base of a small food processor, add Chevre, honey and cinnamon; pulse until well combined and smooth.
- When waffles are toasted, spread each one evenly with the goat cheese spread and top with desired fruit.
