Wild Kratts LIVE! My kids were beyond elated.

So the The Goods didn’t happen last week. Sometimes life gets in the way and other things take priority. Not an excuse….just the truth. I’m not really sorry because it’s just the way things go sometimes but I try to be consistent here on the blog and hate missing a post. With that being said, you get a info packed The Goods this week to make up for it! We just got home from Boston yesterday where we were visiting our resident stuntman while he was there filming The Finest Hours. We had a great time, the weather was gorgeous but it is SO nice to be home. I was craving my bed and a home cooked meal. Hope everyone is having a great week!

My traveling blends using Sparks Naturals essential oils.

I shared a pic on Instagram last week showing my blends that I make and take on the road. Are you interested in seeing how my family uses essential oils? Would some posts be something you’d like to see? Please let me know in the comments below!

This will make your day. Or at the very least, make you laugh out loud and we all could use a little funny in our life.

I had to. Even after my son said I looked like a teenage. Still not sure if that’s a compliment or not.

9 days and 16 days respectively.

The fall foilage was just on it’s way out in Boston this past week. The colors were gorgeous!

After a month long reading hiatus (again, life), I’m back with a super easy read, The Art of Arranging Flowers by Lynne Branard. I found it while browsing the book isle at Target when I was in Boston last week. In two words: descent and kinda cute. (Ok, that was four.)

Doesn’t really matter about the book anyway because I found a new TV show and that’s how I’m spending my free time. #obsessed.

I like big bundts and I cannot lie….

The New England Aquarium is a must visit if you go to Boston.

Is your food making you sad?

He’s speaking my love language.

Have a great week everyone and be sure to check back tomorrow for a sweet and savory scone recipe using Wisconsin Swiss Cheese!
