What Books I Read in 2018
Sharing my favorite and all the books I read last year!
I’m an avid reader. In fact, it’s one of my favorite things to do and probably the only thing I do a ton of and yet still feel like I don’t get to do enough of. This past year I read 33 books- my goal was 25. I try and read at least 20 minutes a day. Usually it’s before I go to bed but often I’ll get up early in the morning and sneak it in then. Some books were better than others but that’s always the case, you know? I often get asked for book recommendations so I thought I’d put all the books I read last year into a single post for easy reference!
I keep track of what I’ve read and what I want to read on Good Reads. It’s an easy to use app that you can rate and write reviews (or not) on the books you’ve read. I like that they do a reading challenge each year, too. It not only holds me accountable but I can see what my other book loving friends are reading as well. FYI, it’s where I get most of my book recommendations so if you’re an avid reader and not on there, sign up! It’s easy.

I added all your favorites to my reading list. Thanks!
Yay! So many good ones.
You and I have read so many similar books. Thanks for recommending The Heart’s Invisible Furies to me – so so good. Definitely one of my favorites this year. I just can’t seem to love Fredrick Backman’s books past A Man Called Ove (which I loved). I have had a really hard time getting into his other books for some reason.
Love this list! Thanks for sharing it!
